Fantastic third visit. Ver relaxing and had all sorts of weather. Foghorn went off a few times which added to the ambience but not in the night. The seagull came banging on the window - again! Will return.

We didn't see much of Freddie and his/her friend but we heard a lot of the foghorn! Kyance Cove, Porthleven and Cadgwith are lovely. Thanks for the generous hamper!

Tippy-Freddie?? No, No, No. The visitor banging on the window is Steven Seagal of course! We arrived to a welcome from the 'Beast from the East' on The Lizard followed by storm Emma. It made the views even better.

Fantastic location, lighthouse and weather. Highlights were Minack Theatre, Leatch Potter, Barbara Hepworths Gallery, Roskillys Organic Farm, Cadgwith, Coverack, Poldhu Beach, Kynance Cove, Church Cove, Porthleven to name just a few. We di have unexpected company in the form of 2 seagulls. They fly up to the windows and bang on the glass with their beaks. The would do this every time we were in the kitchen or living room and also at 5.30am most days. You can scare them away but they always come back. I suspect someone has fed them in the past. One last thing - when the fog horn goes off - it really does! We had it for one day. By the way we named the main seagull Tippy after Tippy Headron from The Birds - Hitchcock.
