An amazing cottage with a beautiful view and lots of rabbits. A perfect destination to spend the summer holidays and an interesting one in the winter. There are great beaches for body boarding and a nice walk along the cliffs to Kynance Cove. The weather was ok and we quite enjoyed listening to the fog horn after a while. The welcome hamper was well stocked and Mum went through the shortbread very quickly. We enjoyed playing scrabble to prepare for the eleven plus in September and the amount of things to do in the cottage was good for rainy days.
Thanks for the great destination and history to be discovered here and it is possible we will be back again (fingers crossed)

Lovely views. Very clean and organised cottage. It has everything you could ever need. We enjoyed eating out at the The Witchball and eating in. Have walked the coastal path in both directions. Breakfast at the Polpeor Cafe is lovely too. Foghorn went off once and the weather has been very good, quite windy. Thank you, we will be back!

Wonderful place to stay! Cottage is perfect - we really appreciated the basket of food and especially finding milk and fruit when we arrived. The walks along the coastline are fantastic - we enjoyed spotting seals in the sea and trying to identify various birds (we saw the choughs several times). We were sorry we missed the opportunity to visit the lighthouse as we didn't notice it was closed on Fridays and Saturdays but we had a lovely relaxing stay here. Thank you!

Fantastic place to stay, clean, warm and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed evenings wandering down to Lizard Point as well as visits to Kynance Cove, Cadgwith, Mullion Cove, Poldu Cave and Porthleven. If you like bird watching you don't need to go far to see the choughs! There were at least 7 in the fields just off of the car park every afternoon/evening!

Fabulous! Majestic scenery all around. Stunning wild flowers and beautiful birds.

Amazing views. Lovely waking up near the sea. So Lucky not having the fog Horn at night. Ear plugs are a good touch. A shame that we didn't realise that the lighthouse is closed on a Friday and Saturday. Going to go home and try to google the history of the lighthouse/cottages. This cottage is just so spacious and perfect.

A fantastic week in a unique, dramatic location. Other than the first day (when we made good use of the Wavecrest cafe for lunch and afternoon tea!) the weather has been really good. We've had 2 days on the beach at Kynance Cove - very picturesque and good waves, but watch the tides! We've also ventured further afield to Newquay a couple of times and closer to Praa Sands. We also took in the lighthouse tour which is well worth an hour or so. A great, comfortable cottage - we have had a wonderful stay!

The cottage is so welcoming and cosy - and the welcome hamper contained everything you all need, including a bottle of bubbly. The beaches are all brilliant but disappointed in that there is only 1 dog friendly - can understand why but still a shame as cafes and restaurants all welcome our furry friends. Weather was great although there were some sea mists - cue the fog horn but you really don't notice it after a while. Cottage well equipped and pristine - just a couple of things that would make it perfect. Adding bedside tables in the downstairs bedroom with a bedside light and why not turn the enormous cupboard in the double bedroom into at least a loo if not with a shower.

Lovely cottage in such a beautiful location. We've had a wonderful break and enjoyed some fantastic weather! Experienced the fog horn one night which was entertaining, but glad it was only the once! Great beach along the coast at Housel bay; beautiful, clear blue seas and and quite quiet too. Thanks for the lovely welcome hamper and such a clean, well equipped cottage!
Ps We've named the persistent seagull "Gerald".

An amazing week with fantastic weather at this beautiful lighthouse. The children have really enjoyed playing on the different beaches, we have been to - Kenack Sands, Kynance Cove and a trip out to St Ives. Thanks to the resident lighthouse keeper who helped to fix Barney's motorbike ready for his return journey to London! Thanks also for a wonderful hamper and lovely cosy lighthouse cottage. We had an amazing holiday! Thank you.

We have had a wonderful week, the weather has been improving and the last few days beautiful. We experienced the fog horn on the first night! Thank goodness the weather got better! The cottage is spotless and well equipped with a lovely welcome hamper. The resident seagull has been persistent and shows up at mealtimes, rapping on the windows! Cadgwith was beautiful. We had a lovely cream tea in Coverack - there is a lady who makes home-made scones and cakes and has several tables in her garden overlooking the beach.
Trebah is worth a visit and the beach is very pretty. Views coming in to Kynance Cove are breath taking and the sea has been the most amazing colour. Thank you for a special holiday to remember.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting, cottage couldn't be nicer - pristine condition and welcomed very well with superb hamper. This is our second time staying in Sevenstones and each time is better than the last. Be sure to walk around the Housel Bay and stop for cocktails before making your way to Cadgwith where you'll be met with some of Cornwall's finest scenery. If you go the other way down to Polpeor for a quick cream tea - you can then mooch around to Kynance which is the most spectacular sandy beach (and awesome cake selection in the cafe). beware of steep hills into Church Cove and if you've walked off all your energy, come back to the cottage and order a Thai takeaway which will be delivered to your door within an hour. Enjoy your stay, I know we did!
Ps The fog horn isn't that noisy really - didn't even wake our sleeping toddler!

Experienced the foghorn on the first night (only the second time in seventeen years) so not bad and that's what it's there for. We have had a lovely time with sunshine, lots of wildlife (saw the first swallows of the year on the first day). Nice clean, warm cottage. Hamper great, thanks Heather.

Lovely cottage, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Fab welcome hamper too - the daffodills were a beautiful touch - thank you. Got some very tasty bacon from the local butchers, met great welcoming hospitality at The Whitchball, very generous people. The weather was absolutely stunning so good walks around the cliff paths in gorgeous sunshite. Last day a seafret cam in so we even got to experience the foghorn! Thank you for a very relaxing, wifi free, few days.

Stayed at Seven Stones Cottage on the Lizard for a long weekend with family. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. We were delighted with the lovely cottage. From arriving slightly early and meeting one of the cleaners who checked if we could access the cottage we were not disappointed. Jacob had left us a card which was very thoughtful and the flowers and well stocked hamper were all an added bonus. The cottage was extremely spacious and nicely furnished and well equipped. A beautiful spot right on the south west coastal path. We were fortunate to meet "Roy" the seagull who tapped on the dining room window in the morning. Fog horn did sound several times during our stay but we loved it! All added to what was a fabulous weekend in a great cottage. We will certainly recommend!
