Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for yet another wonderful stay with you. As ever it was perfection with every detail carefully considered by you. I would love to get your brownie recipe sometime. In terms of tips for your stay we loved eating out at Amelies, very easy and relaxed (Porthleven) and we had a wonderful day out at Trebah Gardens which was fantastic value for money. Enjoy your stay.

I've lost count of the number of times we have stayed here. Could this possibly be our 10th year. In any case this was our first Christmas. WOW, the house was decorated beautifully, we were blown away, sparkling fairy lights and decorations everywhere. We have had the time of our lives, the children even swore they heard Santa's sleigh land on the roof about midnight. Its hard to imagine Christmas anywhere else after this. The children spent so much time outside with the dogs than with us. Thank you for another amazing stay and your kindness, attention to detail and hospitality. See you soon. Love always.

What a lovely stay in this beautiful farmhouse. A definite favourite of the family. The house was wonderful to come back to as it was so comfortable and cosy. Our dog Indy loved running around with the other dogs in the big field. Every night was very comfy and the bedrooms were lovely like the rest of the house.
Perfect house, perfect location and perfect holiday. We are so sad to leave but will be back again. Thank you.

What an amazing place to arrive to after a long journey. a warm welcoming meal all ready to pop in the Aga. Home from home, thank you for a fabulous five days and for allowing two dogs in your beautiful home. We will be back.

What a find, fantastic accommodation, interior design/furnishings and every little detail classy. Even the grass verge on the lane is well maintained and gives you the first fab impression of whats ahead. The location is superb for exploring the southern half of Cornwall. Very relaxing stay with great hosts who are extremely sociable, the only problem is that I now want to refurbish my own home. Stunning place and I hope we will return soon with the rest of the family.
Mrs K M, Ross-On-Wye.

Our 6th visit and yet again a fabulous quality memory with our grown up children. Great hotpot and the usual home from home feeling when you walk through those doors. A surprise 30th wedding anniversary present given to us by our mum and children. They know what we would love to do and they got it right. Hate leaving but was once told you must always leave to return. Thank you.

Lovely short break in Cornwall, The Farmhouse is beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you for making us feel very welcome. Loved the pie and all the supplies you left for us. We will return.
In terms of recommendations St Michaels Mount, Lizard Point were all very nice. Helford by the river has a great pub.

Thank you for sharing your New Year celebrations with us and making the holiday in Cornwall so enjoyable for all of us. It would have been even more memorable if 'B' had been able to shake off her cough and cold before we came but as usual, the accommodation lived up to the very high standards we have come to take for granted after more than 17 years visiting the Barn, and this time, the Farmhouse. We look forward to our next visit and to catch up on events in the world of you both.

I joined the family on my first visit to Tregadjack as they have been many times. It certainly lived up to all my expectations with such a welcoming, homely, comfortable farmhouse and your shepherds pie and brownies were delicious. Gordon has also helped make this a very memorable holiday, so what with the wonderful scenery, excellent food and I can recommend Blue Tomato at Rock, I have felt very spoilt. I do hope this will not be the last time I visit and look forward to coming back.

A wonderful 10 days in this magical place, we love it and keep coming back. A huge thank you to Chris and Phil for making our holiday so special. H thoroughly enjoyed herself playing on ALL the beaches. Perranuthnoe especially good for a dog to visit, a bit to eat at the cafe above the beach overlooking the sea - perfect!
At this time of year, a worthwhile visit to the National Dahlia Collection at Long Rock, Penzance, a stunning display of flowers filling a field with colour. We are now Dahlia fanatics!! Tremenheere Sculpture gardens have matured over the last year and well worth a visit, the cafe food was beautiful. Thank you again Chris and Phil, see you next year.

Another wonderful week spent here with Chris & Phil. Farmhouse immaculate as always. The cottage pie and chocolate brownies were fantastic and very welcome after a long journey. Also had a lovely week with Gordon & Gladys, which was great after recently losing our beloved dog. Gordon made it a fantastic week. Can't wait to come back.

Thank you for a lovely stay, which we've sadly had to cut short due to a family emergency. Beautiful house and garden. Yoga in the garden on sunny mornings was perfect, although Gordon was something of a distraction - we love Gordon.

Thank you for a lovely week. Fish pie, strawberries and brownies were very much appreciated after our long drive. Tregadjack is the most peaceful and quiet holiday property we have stayed in and the highest standard all round. Well done Chris. Hope to be back to see you all, along with Gordon!

We have been coming here for eight years and usually in June and late autumn. Weather is not always perfect but the comfort of the Farmhouse make up for it. For lunch or dinner, we can confidently recommend The Grove, near Sithney. Only 5 minutes from here.

Can only echo others comments about this being 6 star! Lovely stay with all essential comforts and more besides. Many thanks for the welcoming dinner and glad to have experienced the famous brownies! Can thoroughly recommend the seafood platter at the Ferryboat Inn at Helford Passage, and afternoon tea on the Helson Railway!

A lovely few days in a truly lovely cottage.
We explored the gardens at Godolphin House, walked on the beach at Sennen Cove and visited Falmouth, Penryn and The Lizard.
Had an excellent meal at New Yard on our way down and dinner at Kota on our last night. The Pandora Inn at Mylor Bridge near Falmouth is well worth a visit, a beautiful old pub (13th century), fabulous location and very good food.
Many thanks for the hamper, brownies and delicious fish pie.

The weather was much better than expected, only one bad day.
Ten (5 years), and her puppies (Meg and Riley) loved Lelant beach.
A lovely break, as always after a very long summer at home.
As far as we are concerned, the owners have made Tregadjack the best holiday location. The Grove at Sithney - super food.
We will see you again in June 2016.

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay with our very new 3 week old baby! Just the perfect place for us to rest and recuperate! She particularly liked the underfloor heating and definitely slept better here. Absolutely everything has been thought of in terms of Kitchen equipment, soft fluffy towels etc. Top quality - no expense spared and certainly our best holiday let experience to date! We will be back!

Thank you Christine for your wonderfully generous welcome and tolerance! We loved the warmth and space and the relaxed happy atmosphere you create, to say nothing of the marvellous creature comforts. Your whisky marmalade & brownies are cordon bleu.

Wow - Tredgadjack farmhouse is incredible. What a wonderful way to spend a relaxing 6 days and all of the little "Special touches" including the beautiful Christmas decorations helped Tony's 60th Birthday/our wedding anniversary with 4 great friends and our 2 dogs to go with a bang.
Thank you - we now have some very special memories to take away with us.

I had a really good holiday again with my family. I've been here 5 times to Tregadjack I've been in both houses and they are really good. When we came the first night the food that Christine made was very delicious and the brownies that you always make are also delicious to. Even though it was very foggy we had a great time. Thank you. Once again thank you so much for a lovely holiday at the farmhouse. I can't put it any better that my husband when we arrived on Saturday evening, as we walked into the kitchen and placed our bags down he said "aaah, we're home!" (Obviously our dream home though!)
Hope to see you again soon

Home from home!
This is our fourth time to Tregadjack & each time this is as peaceful and relaxing as the last. We had beautiful weather (surprising for October) and therefore took advantage of the picturesque seaside towns: St Ives, Portleven, Polzeath & Rock. We still looked forward every day to returning home to this cosy & warm barn, spending (many!) evenings with a G & T in the conservatory. The food supplied by Christine was delicious (Fish pie & Beef bourguinon) & of course the frequently mentioned Brownies. I have the recipe at home from when I was last here (aged 14) and will be sure to definitely attempt them when i return home (aged 23!). I am sure we will be returning sooner than we think - absolute bliss.

We have had an excellent few days in this comfortable and very well equipped house. The train ride at the bottom of the garden was a bonus! Although the threatened autumn storms did indeed materialise, there was plenty of sunshine and the rain and the weather did not adversely affect our plans. It was lovely to sit in the conservatory and watch the gales blow over.

A wonderful holiday returning home relaxed and refreshed.
The Peppercorn Kitchen Cafe at Perranithnoe (en route to Penzance) is well worth a visit, lunches are delicious and then a walk on the beach - beautiful. We had a fantastic meal at the Tolcarne Inn at Newlyn, booking essential as it was very busy, dogs are welcome! Another place for an exceptionally good meal is Kota in Porthleven, then a romantic evening stroll around the harbour, just perfect. In fact everything was perfect, already looking forward to next year's visit.

Our second visit and every bit as good as the first! Thank you for all the thoughtful details which make this cottage a real home-from-home, especially the gorgeous brownies and fresh flowers.
A week is definitely not long enough to explore the area but highlights for us include Sennen Cove, crab fishing in Porthleven, watching the waves crashing in Portreath and fish and chips in St Ives.
We all look forward to returning soon!
Thanks again

Thank you Christine & Phil for a wonderful week in your beautiful farmhouse. Everything was here that anyone could ever want and the extra thought and care to make us comfortable and welcome (strawberries, brownies, flowers etc.) was very much appreciated.
Despite the awful weather forecast the sun shone every day and we were able to enjoy the gardens and our "Railway Children" experiences!! This included being collected by train for bacon sandwiches on one morning!!! The children loved the train rides and the farmhouse is very child friendly too.
We would love to come again and perhaps stay for longer to continue our exploration of this part of Cornwall. Best wishes to you both

A fantastic week with unbelievably good weather. The farmhouse is a joy. Christine & Phil & Gladys made us feel so at home. We would love to come back. Dotty (Jack Russell) settle on the last day! Even laid down for a nap in the Ship at Porthleven last night. Thought Mullion and St Ives were our favourite places. Newquay was fun Heligan was the best.

Our 4th stay at the farmhouse, with our stays at the barn, now 9 visits.
Fairly lucky with the weather - fog on Sat/Sunday but then dry and fine - perfect for walking the coast paths north & south.
Willow our 5 year old retriever is now hiding when we wave the lead and say walkies as we have covered about 35 miles in the week!
The farmhouse is beautifully furnished and with Chris and Phil to welcome us and be around it is like coming home!!
Thank you for lovely accommodation and peaceful surroundings.

A short but enjoyable stay with our very good friends to experience the benefits of the farmhouse having spent many weeks over lots of years in the barn. We now have our own apartment in Lelant but still enjoy staying with Chris and Phil when we are in Cornwall. The comments in this book show they offer such an excellent service to all who stay in the Barn and the farmhouse, many guests like us will continue to return.
