Stocks Cottage details

This delightful cottage takes its name from the old village stocks which are positioned close by to the property. Stocks Cottage features traditional flagstone flooring throughout the ground floor, which comprises of a modern fully fitted kitchen and sitting room with dining table seating four. French doors lead from the sitting room to a pretty, south facing garden, enclosed with a traditional drystone wall. Completing this attractive house are two first floor bedrooms with double beds, a family shower room and a further small single bedroom. The master bedroom enjoys views out to the pretty garden and surrounding countryside.

Blockley is situated in the rolling hills of the North Cotswolds between Moreton in Marsh and Chipping Campden. It is a quiet charming village seeped in history with Mill Dene Gardens surrounding the old water, and a stream winding it's way through the bottom on the valley. You can stop off at the cafe situated by the green which is the hub of this friendly community along with well stocked shop, selling local produce including local freshly baked breads. There are an abundance of walks over the beautiful countryside. Two village pubs within walking distance, one being The Great Western Arms.
