Canterbury not far. A lovely quiet break in deluxe accommodation. The welcome hamper was a great success and the cottage is fab! Thanks Louise.

Our ninth stay in this lovely cottage, with its wonderful grounds and great location. Broadstairs is such a perfect seaside town and never seems to change. Thank you Louise for the welcome hamper and for all your help with the tv reception.

I really love Broadstairs and this is my last time here. I love the big grassy garden, Morellis, Wyatt and Jones and Joss Bay. It's been a really lovely week. The garden and Joss Bay are a delight.

Had a great stay. Lovely and clean cottage; very much liked the welcome hamper. Thank you so much Louise for the good care. Had lovely days on the beaches and the children loved playing around the house as well.

Lovely cottage and facilities. We all had a great time despite the mixed weather. Broadstairs never fails to disappoint with shopping at Arrowsmiths and the Bottleneck. Dinner at Posillipo's and ice cream at Morellis all within walking distance - we love it! Watch out for the cheeky seagulls who watch your every move as soon as you set the table outside! We all felt like pop stars with people stopping to take photos of the lighthouse (not us!) and we were glad of the gate at the end of the drive! A restful location and great cottage.

What a beautiful cottage in a gorgeous location. We had a fabulous break. We were even lucky enough to watch an electrical storm out at sea and laze around in the garden on the hottest day of the year so far. We will be looking again. Louise you do a fantastic job, the cottage was immaculate and the wine in the welcome hamper was lovely.

We were first to be married in a lighthouse (Nash Point) 11 years ago. This is our 12th lighthouse aka the anorak trip. A lovely location, very high standard, thank you for the welcome basket. We did a trip to South Foreland lighthouse to have a look around - also the new Dover tunnels. Ate twice in the newly opened restaurant in Broadstairs (called Fish & Beer). A great, relaxed atmosphere. J&D, North Wales

Lovely place and a lovely hamper. We were blessed with great weather. Broadstairs is a 20 minute walk, 25 if you go via the Esplanade but worth it. My mum celebrated her 8th while we were here, she enjoyed sitting outside and admiring the view. Lunch at The Pavilion on Broadstairs sea front was also good, nice food and a stunning conservatory. We really enjoyed our stay at Khina. The girls were very sad to leave their first holiday home. We'll be back next year. Thank you so much. RT, London

Thank you for such a lovely welcome. An extremely comfortable stay here at Khina Cottage which we all love. The flowers were a special touch and the cake was perfect to celebrate Simon's "21st" with the wine. Beds so comfortable, I never lie in so late. R & L, Isleworth

The lighthouse is a wonderful place to stay! It's become a tradition to come to Khina every year because it's so nice. We love Broadstairs, it's so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you to the housekeeper for making the cottage so lovely, warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back next year for our seventh time. MF, London

Everything nigh on perfect, bar the weather, which despite the fact we clearly picked the worst week weather-wise. We absolutely loved the cottage - so peaceful at night, we barely heard a pin drop. The perfect location for wonderful Joss Bay of central Broadstairs. Many thanks for the hamper. We will definitely re-book. M & D, Milton Keynes
