An amazing property beautifully restored by the owners. The best property we have ever stayed in with Rural Retreats. The owners made us extremely welcome and were very helpful in planning our vacation. As near perfect as you can get.
We had the most wonderful and idyllic stay over Christmas at Crossbrtok Farm. On arrival we had such a lovely welcome from Vicki and Stewart our lovely hosts who could not of been more helpful during our stay. As we walked through the door, all the fires had been lit and all the Christnas lights and decorations where lit up to A fabulous welcome basket was waiting for is too. Vicki and Stewart had given us some ideas of places to visit which we where grateful for. The Queens Head Pub/restaurant was fabulous and the food was amazing and in a beautiful spot on the canal. Hanbury Hall (a National trust property) which was close to the property was a must for a beautiful walk and we went to a lovely Carol Service at Worcester Cathedral. A huge plus for us as a family was being able to go on nice country walks directly from the property, and there where plenty of them. Another lovely addition to the stay was getting to see Dear within the grounds The actual property itself was amazing, beautifully done and had absolutely everything we needed. Although as a family of 5 we loved being able to spend time together it was also nice to have so many lovely seating areas for us to have our own space when we needed it. We cannot recommend Crossbrook farm enough, it was perfect in every way. Thank you to our wonderful hosts Vicki and Stewart who made it extra special for us.

What an amazing location! Peaceful, beautiful open countryside all around, a beautiful, luxurious and comfortable house, and very friendly, helpful and responsive owners on site. The nearby restaurants were fabulous too and we had the perfect relaxing break. The wood fired hot tub is a total delight and the extensive outdoor patio with multiple seating options just completes the perfect picture. We're hoping to return in the future and would highly recommend this property as a retreat from the world.
