The East Wing details

This self-contained wing of a Grade II listed Georgian house of Italianate Regency style stands in an elevated position with stunning views across the Wye Valley to the hills beyond. The property’s period style is reflected in its elegant Regency style décor, furnishings and antiques. The East Wing joins on to Broomfield House, a luxury 5 star gold rated Bed and Breakfast. The house is set within five acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, perfect for peaceful walks or simply a beautiful setting to relax with a good book.

The historic market town of Hay-on-Wye, famous for its literary festival and many bookshops, is only 4 miles away. Spend the day exploring the town and its many independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The picturesque Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the River Wye running through it offers many beautiful walks and countryside to enjoy. Keen anglers can fish on the river with tickets available from the Usk and Wye Foundation. Within easy reach are the Brecon Beacons and the Black Mountains where there are a variety of adventurous activities to try out including hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and canoeing.
