As a customer focused business, we are keen to reassure guests, homeowners and housekeepers during uncertain times. The situation regarding Coronavirus (Covid 19) changes regularly and we will always follow the latest regulations. These differ across the UK as follows: -
All our English properties are now open for holiday for groups of up to six people or any number of people from no more than two households.
Social gathering restrictions are due to be in place until at least 19th July.
All our Welsh properties are now open for holidays and can welcome not only those from single households but also those from extended households. An extended household is where two households come together to form an exclusive bubble under the Welsh Coronavirus regulations and can have contact indoors.
There is currently no date for the further relaxation of social gathering rules in Wales.
All our Scottish properties are now open for holidays.
On 14th June, the Scottish Government announced that the relaxation of Covid-19 restrictions is unlikely to happen until mid-July meaning that holiday accommodation is limited to one household of any size, or a maximum of 6 adults from 3 households. Children 12 years and under are not included in the figures. Currently, Scotland is split into Level 1 and Level 2 restrictions.
In mid-July, subject to a further review, Scotland is expected to go to Level 0 restrictions. This will mean properties will be able to be occupied by one household of any size, or up to 8 adults from 4 households. Children 12 years and under are not included in the figures.
