The house was very well equipped, immaculate and comfortable. The space was fantastic for our party of 10 adults and 2 dogs celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. Kate gave a warm welcome and called to see us on our first evening. Kate was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful. The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise. Thank you for a fabulous weekend break. We will definitely hope to return in the future.
This was our 4th pre Christmas get together at Missy’s House, we love it. The house is perfect, from the large family rooms to the beautiful bedrooms. It’s in the most wonderful setting…..it lives up to its name. Our 5th visit is already booked!
Beautiful house with loads of space for 10 adults, including a full time wheelchair user and another rollator user. Fabulous welcome hamper and all the kitchen equipment needed for a self catering break. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms felt luxurious whilst also being large and totally accessible. The EV charger for the cars was an added bonus! Kate was friendly, welcoming and easily contactable. She responded quickly to any questions, both before our stay and whilst in the house. Thank you for making our special weekend so easy and stress free!
We had a fabulous girls weekend at Missy's House in the Woods. We cooked the first night and had all the facilities and equipment that we needed. A wonderful welcome hamper was really well thought out. We went into nearby Stamford on Saturday for a stroll and late lunch at Lambert's (highly recommended - you should ideally book) and went to Uppington for a superb Sunday lunch at Don Pedro (again highly recommended - you should ideally book). The house was spotless and really well put together - very homely. Clear instructions in house booklet. Beautiful local walking. Nice touches with welcome note and quality toiletries. This is the second year we have come to Missy's and we will be back, I'm sure :)

Brilliant location, lovely house and fully accessible
Excellent property designed for guests with disability in mind. Ideal for wheelchair users with wide corridors, doorways and wet rooms. This property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is easy access to the flat partially paved enclosed rear garden, again ideal for wheelchair users as well as providing a secure and spacious area for dogs.. The property is in a lovely central rural location with lots or areas to walk around. Disabled or otherwise the property ticked all the boxes. A big thank you to Kate and Rupert who were friendly and helpful hosts. We would certainly return to this property in the future.
Wonderful inspiring place for a family get together. The children loved the art and craft room, the dogs loved the fully fenced garden and the adults just loved...well everything! I have already recommended Missy's house to friends. The attention to detail is exceptional and it was lovely to have personal contact with Kate who made sure the week-end was perfect for us.

This is a lovely converted barn right in the woods. It is very peaceful. There are good adaptations for wheelchair users throughout the property.
