Very clean, modern furnishings, lovely setting and generous welcome pack. Ideal location in the Surrey Hills for visiting Box Hill, Leith Hill, Polesden Lacey and beautiful walking area.
The Haybarn was gorgeous, incredibly clean and well kept. Our only 'complaints' would be the lack of food supplied at the property was small, and for such a high price per night it would have been nice to have 40-50 dollars worth of food in the fridge. And also the wifi was incredibly slow (like won't load netflix without 20 minutes of buffering slow) so at night when you want to relax to a movie it was a little frustrating. Overall though the place is gorgeous and so are the nearby towns. Our taxi driver from the area was a long term local and very friendly on the drive back to Heathrow one morning.
Immaculate rental barn in quiet rural setting. Access a little narrow and bumpy but worth the ride. Lots of walks from the barn into the woods and nature reserve nearby. Very comfortable bed and and well-equipped kitchen. A lovely base for visiting Surrey Hills and Sussex. We will come back.
Tranquil and lovely, yet easily accessible. The Haybarn is tucked away in a rural spot yet easy to reach from London. It was a welcome rest for a weekend away. The house is very well equipped and comfortable with lovely views across the fields. We went in a cold patch so the wood burner was welcome and made the house super cosy. We really appreciated the generous welcome hamper, a kind gesture. There is lots of walking/ cycling in the local area and we enjoyed a potter into Cranleigh which is very close by. The turn to the barn is hard to spot in the dark so make sure you’ve read the arrival instructions before you get onto the lane! Highly recommended to stay at the Haybarn.
The Haybarn was the beautiful relaxing retreat we needed after busy days visiting with friends and family. It is very well appointed and impeccably decorated. Look forward to staying there again!

Wonderful location and the property was everything it said on the box, no surprises. Impeccably clean and we were very surprised to find such a true rural retreat in Surrey. Highly recommend.
The Haybarn was a luxury weekend stay in a lovely rural peaceful setting only half an hour from the M25. We enjoyed the quirky artwork throughout the barn and nearly missed the Samsung Frame TV as it was cleverly disguised! Clean property, Comfy beds and plenty of new kitchen equipment. There’s a nature reserve 10 mins from the property with a circular walk. We also visited Winkworth Arboretum and the Frensham ponds plus a delicious Sunday lunch at the Parrot in Forest Green. We would definitely recommend the Haybarn and would like to return one day.
Excellent location with wonderful quiet surroundings. Loved the decoration and very well equipped kitchen, however the accommodation is not really big enough for 4 adults, we also struggled with the mattresses on both beds: not as comfortable as we had hoped for.
Nicely decorated with comfy beds well laid out and spotlessly clean. Kitchen has all the equipment you need if you decide to eat in. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Narrow lane does take a bit of getting used to,
Very nicely decorated place, very rural, so very relaxing and quiet, on an equestrian farm so horses to look at. There could have been more kitchen equipment, there were beautiful wine glasses which we dare not use. However, we had a lovely week away and had brilliant weather too.
Stunning, peaceful location and a beautifully furnished property with lots of quirky and homely touches that made it a very special place to stay. Would definitely recommend and would also love to return one day!
The perfect tranquil bolt hole for an escape from the city, superbly appointed and decorated with flair and imagination graced by the beautiful horses grazing in the fields.
