It's a fantastic property with great walks all around, very quiet and not far from the Downs and the coast for variety. Debbie and her team are very welcoming and I would recommend this holiday home especially if you have dogs.
A beautiful barn in a wonderful location. Our host was charming and left a lovely hamper to welcome us. The barn was well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our family. The secure garden was a fantastic asset for our two pug dogs and toddler as it allowed them all to run around the garden safely, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. A lovely break, and we would love to visit again soon.

The property had all that we wanted from a short break. Debbie was very welcoming and provided a lovely luxury hamper to get us started . She worked tirelessly in the garden and it looked very well managed. Hot tub a real bonus Perfect for a couples romantic weekend away

Fantastic single bedroom property in its own self contained garden, hidden off a country lane, near Ripe, Lewes. Close to the South Downs and all its walks. Close to Firle village and its lovey pub. The Barn itself, built in 2014, by its owners, is a real gem. Nothing has not been thought about. The Jacuzzi is set in the garden so that it is completely private but also only a few strides from the bedroom door. The kitchen works well- as do all the appliances and all the necessary implements are available . The lounge area is cosy and the log fire adds to the general ambiance. Dogs are welcome- wise move as this is, I suspect , a walking holiday more than anything else. Can’t fault and would recommend.

This means, if you would like to modify or cancel your booking due to Covid-19, our normal terms and conditions now apply.
If the restrictions are reintroduced and you are forced to cancel your holiday due to legal restrictions, please be rest assured that we will help you to move your booking within the same property, offer a voucher to be used within the same property within a year or cancel your booking in this instance and we will refund you the price you paid in full.
