Excellent communication from the owner, Karen, started things off well. A fabulous welcome pack in the apartment with supplies for breakfast , snacks and treats. Coffee, tea, juice, wine, butter, eggs, bread, milk, jams, crackers, cheese, muesli, cookies and cakes- really lovely thank you. The apartment is superbly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday-perhaps the best (of very many )that we have been to. There’s no dishwasher (as the well equipped kitchen is compact). It is spotless and decor is elegant. The location is outstanding, being only five minutes walk from the Valley Gardens, Betty’s cafe, M and S and all the many great restaurants that Harrogate has to offer. Parking was good and the street surprisingly quiet. Our only quibble was the very thick duvets in the twin room, though Karen made suggestions to help make us more comfortable. The duvet in the double has detachable parts so you can tailor the warmth with the seasons. Karen kindly helped me when I thought I had left something and was really helpful throughout. I have already recommended Cygnet apartment to many friends and will certainly look to book again should we need a two bedroom in Harrogate again.

Absolutely fabulous Edwardian semi detached building close to the centre of Harrogate of which Cygnet apartments is the ground floor flat. Two lovely bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, unbelievable quiet given how close to the town centre it is. Kitchen fairly basic but there’s so much choice of bars and restaurants within 20 mins walking distance so even for someone who loves to cook it’s no big deal. Thoroughly recommend it.

Cygnet apartment is in a fantastic location for enjoying Harrogate and the surrounding area. The accommodation is spacious, clean, well maintained and very comfortable. There is great off road car parking which meant we explored the area on foot or public transport which made our time there very relaxing. The welcome pack was extremely generous and very well thought out with a mixture of treats and practical food items. We communicated with the owner, Karen Ireland, who was very helpful and quick to respond to any question we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Cygnet Apartment as we had a super week.
