Sharing Holiday Accommodation

As of 14th September, indoor gatherings in all parts of the UK are generally limited to a maximum of 6 persons, unless from one household. Therefore, holiday accommodation in England may only be used by more than 6 people (including children) if they are from the same household or support bubble. Similarly, overnight stays in Scotland, unless all are from one household, are permitted for no more than six people from a maximum of two households, although children under 12 will not count towards the limit. In Wales, you can currently go on holiday with the people you live with (members of your own household) or a maximum of six members of your extended household (as defined under the Welsh regulations and if you have agreed to form one) but children under 11 will not count towards the limit.

The above is a summary of the current regulations as at 11th September. Please check the applicable rules in detail before travelling.
