Location & house are great but 5th room needs a door as noise from kitchen echoes up !

Excellent venue for a large family gathering, so well equipped with lots of space and really well located for the north norfolk coast.

The house was perfect for 3 generations, so spacious and close to the centre of Wells. The garden was great for our Easter egg hunt. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The generous welcome basket was greatly appreciated. We had a fantastic weekend and would not hesitate in recommending Laylands.

Great location larger living space than it looked in photos , very clean, bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds,had a lovely homely feel

This was a great home to spend Christmas with family from across the world. Well laid out accommodation, great openplan kitchen-dining that allowed us all to come together for our Christmas Day feast. Location at Wells was excellent - easy walk into town, close to restaurants, pubs and walking from the door. A great week in Norfolk in a lovely home in a great location.

A beautiful home , perfect for a family gathering. Very well equipped. Just one request, we were asked to cover the table (which we would happily do, ) but the cloth provided only covered half the table!!

Lovely roomy house for both Family and or friends to share. Close to but not right next to all amenities.

Fantastic house, well equipped and very central. We were a group of 4 couples celebrating a 70th Birthday and we had the best time. We loved Wells with all it had to offer. Great beach walks, pubs and eateries. Thank you

This house is beautiful & clean we all had comfy double beds which a massive deal for us as we are all adults . The house had everything we needed for our stay the location is great definitely 5 star property we will be booking it again I’m sure .

A lovely location and spacious property. The showers are maybe coming up for renewal. The garden space was perfect for younger and older generations.. need to be good at reversing into the driveway

It is a big house. Very clean with everything thought of. It is close to the harbour and the shop of wells.

The property is the perfect getaway for a group of friends with plenty of areas to take a rest should it be needed. Perfect location within walking distance of the town, should you wish to venture out. The property had everything you can think of, and to a high standard. Highly recommend.

Inside of the property excellent, outside needs a bit of TOC. Key safe very difficult to locate - we had to phone for help. Great location, easy walk to pubs and restaurants.

Excellent location within easy reach of all Wells has to offer . Great house - accommodating 6 adults and 4 children with ease . Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of lovely rooms to spread out in if needed . Highly recommend. We had a great family weekend.
